Flu Vaccine Deaths 1976 Swine Flu Vaccine
Are flu vaccine deaths possible? Absolutely. In 1976, the U.S., reacting to a potential swine flu pandemic, rushed the approval of flu vaccines, ran a vaccine ad campaign and caused, in effect, numerous deaths and disabilities for the American people.

President Gerald Ford appeared on TV, getting his swine flu shot and encouraging citizens to get their swine flu vaccinations.
In the end, one soldier from Fort Dix in New Jersey died from the swine flu, and dozens died from the vaccine. Over 500 people were left disabled by
Guillan-barre Syndrome.

Here is the second half of the special. The U.S. government was well aware of the dangers of vaccines and the possibility of flu vaccine deaths--but they distributed the swine flu vaccine anyway. And the U.S. government did NOT inform the public of the harm that could be done.

Could this happen again? It's possible. The current swine flu vaccines are similar to the one used in 1976. In addition, the new vaccines will most likely contain adjuvants, extenders used to make the vaccines go further. The adjuvants are made from chemicals that are believed to cause conditions like autism and
guillain-barre syndrome
.
