Swine Flu Vaccine Manufacturers have no concerns. In an unprecedented move, Secretary Kathleen Sibelius, Department of Health and Human Services, has granted immunity to the makers of Tamiflu and Relenza and for future swine flu vaccines and any associated adjuvants”.
Let's say that the U.S. Government has learned its lesson. The debacle of 1976 won't be repeated. As you may recall, in 1976, the U.S. had a major campaign to vaccinate the public against a swine flu, H1N1. We were told that a pandemic was looming and encouraged to do our patriotic duty and get immunized.

The results of that vaccine campaign were that thousands filed claims against the government, claiming side effects from the vaccines—including
flu vaccine deaths
or
Guillan-barre Syndrome
. There were more deaths from the vaccine than from the “pandemic” flu virus in 1976, and many, many claims of autoimmune conditions like Guillain-barre. Awards were made to the victims of the H1N1 swine flu vaccine then. But, that won't happen this time.
Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act
The 2006 Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act (the PREP Act) allows the DHHS Secretary Sibelius to invoke almost complete immunity from liability for manufacturers of vaccines and drugs used to combat a declared public health emergency.In addition the PREP Act removes the right to a trial jury unless a plaintiff can provide clear evidence of willful misconduct that resulted in death or serious physical injury -- and gets permission to sue from the DHHS Secretary. Sadly, with this act having been invoked, vaccine manufacturers can play fast and loose with the creation of their vaccines—because there will be NO consequences for harm done to consumers. In other words, in order to sue them, you must be able to prove that they harmed you on purpose!

Swine Flu Vaccines Put on Fast Track
Just as irresponsible, the CDC has encouraged the fast trials (on people) and extra speedy approval of the swine flu vaccines that will be used. And the use of thimerosal vaccines has also been approved. Thimerosal is a preservative and
autism and vaccines
containing thimerosal have been linked together. The mercury in thimerosal is believed to be the cause of resulting health problems. In addition, the $7 billion US Government fast-track program to rush vaccines onto the market in time for the September back to school season has encouraged fast production without the normal safety measures – and including dangerous additives like thimerosal and squalene. With legal immunity for the vaccine manufacturers and faster than normal approval of swine flu vaccines, there is lots of room for doubt that the vaccines will be safe. Make sure you do your homework, and make sure that you understand all the ramifications of getting the swine flu shots—before you agree to do so!
